EVENT MANAGEMENT

All KMS Event staff have been approved by the Working with Children background check through the NSW Sports and Recreation department. Our Event Management staff are professional, dedicated, well presented and articulate, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Any Event that is managed by KMS receives a free Platinum Listing.*

Event Organising
KMS Events can organise all the event preparation to ensure the lead up is smooth and successful.

First Aid Officers
KMS Events has a team of professional First Aiders for School, Corporate, Sporting, Social and Community Events or Festivals. Whether large or small, your event can be attended by our KMS Event team where we will provide assistance for illness or injury if it occurs.

All of our First Aiders are experienced and proficient in First Aid, Advanced Resuscitation (oxygen resuscitation), Defibrillation, Spinal Management and the Administration of Analgesic Gases.

We provide all First Aid rescue equipment and can supply other resources including First Aid tents, examination beds and aquatic rescue tubes. We don't supply Ambulance vehicles.

We have great rates and packages available and require as little as two weeks notice depending on time of year.

Water Safety
We can provide all Water Safety rescue equipment for your aquatic event including Support Vessels, Inflatable Rescue Boats, Jet Skis, Rescue Paddle Boards and Rescue Tubes.

The Support Vessels and Jet Skis are supplied with a driver and a crewman for the support vessel.

In February 2006 our team of lifeguards and water safety vessels worked at the Sebel 10km North Head Challenge in Manly where there was a mass evacuation due to a large shark sighting close to the competitors. Our water safety team received rave reviews for the professional handling of the Event.

Full package (FA kit, Defib, Oxy and Spinal)	$250/day*
1 First Aider onsite (for multiple First Aiders a discount can be arranged)	$80/hr * (min booking 4hrs)

*Use of defib pads, oxygen tank and first aid kit supplies will incur additional fees.
$500 credit card preauthorisation deposit must be signed.
$100 for onsite drop off and pick up service.

First Aid Rescue Equipment
Rescue paddle board	$50/day**
Rescue tubes	$30/day**
Full package (FA kit, Defib, Oxy, Spinal, Rescue Board and Tube)	$300/day**
Lifeguard onsite (for multiple Lifeguards a discount can be arranged)	$80/hr (min booking 4hrs)

** Damaged, broken or lost rescue equipment and first aid equipment supplies will incur additional fees.
$500 credit card preauthorisation deposit must be signed.
$100 for onsite drop off and pick up service.

Event Management Services
Buoy hire (includes anchor, chain and pump): Cone Shape	$60 each (minimum 6)
Buoy hire (includes anchor, chain and pump): Large Cylinder	$75 each (minimum 4)

Water Safety Service
Inflatable Rescue Boat (IRB) with driver and prop guard	$150 + $50/hr (min booking 4hrs)
Jet Ski (with rescue mat and driver)	$250 + $60/hr (min booking 4hrs)
Fibre glass rescue boat - 4.5m	$300 + $50/hr (min booking 4hrs)
Alkira - 15m work boat in survey	$220/hr (min booking 6hrs)
Work Boat - 6m flat bottom aluminum	$400 + $50/hr (min booking 4hrs)
Barge - 14m certified barge	$1500/day + cost of transport to site
