1. KMS Events reserves the right to refuse an application for ay of the KMS Events advertising services.
2. The term 'KMS Events advertising services' is defined as and includes free listings, platinum event listings, website banners (including skyscraper, side, competition and e-news).
3. KMS Events requires advertising material to media specification guidelines, submitted 5 working days prior to the commencement of any contracted or agreed advertising services.
4. Once an agreed 'KMS Events advertising service' contract has commenced, no refunds are available.
5. All cancellations, changes or requests in regards to 'KMS Events advertising services', must be in writing.
6. KMS Events reserves the right to use all advertising media received as they see fit on the KMS Events website and the KMS Events e-news.
7. All prices are in $AUD, include 10% gst and are correct as of 1st June 2008. Prices and Terms are subject to change without notice.
8. Any sponsored Platinum Listing with KMS Events must display the KMS Events logo on their website with a link to the KMS Website.
9. All information is supplied to us and KMS Events is not liable for any information that is displayed incorrectly, misinterpreted or misrepresented on the KMS Events Website.
