I move around a lot for work so always having to check out the new town i'm in and find where's good to run, where's good to swim and where's good to cycle.
Favourite thing about Sports?
Transistions - trying to make your legs run when they've just been cycling is not easy.
Why do I enjoy Sports?
Cause you can vary the training to how you feel, if i don't feel like swimming i can go for a run. Plus exercising makes me feel fantastic and the weight loss is just a bonus. I also have more confidence from setting and completing goals.
